Fu Confucian Temple is located in Pan Palace, Zhongshan Road, Licheng District. Founded in the early years of Taiping and Xingguo in the Northern Song Dynasty (976 A.D.), it moved back to other places. Daguan moved back to its original place for reconstruction in the third year (1109 A.D.). The existing building still remains the original appearance of the early Qing Dynasty.
