远藤宪一、大杉涟、田口智朗、松重丰和光石研五人原本要到拍摄东京台晨间剧的外景地，因为搞错地点而阴错阳差漂流到南部某个无人岛，大叔们开始了荒野求生的生活。
Sevilla, 1920. Teresa, una mujer de cuarenta años, llega a Sevilla huyendo del misterioso asesinato del embajador español en Lisboa y tras la pista de un nombre: Roberta Luna, una alumna de la academia de señoritas de la ciudad. Intentando recabar información sobre la joven, Teresa decide hacerse pasar por profesora y solicita plaza en la Academia. Tras sorprender a la nueva directora Manuela por sus ideas progresistas y su nueva mentalidad, Teresa consigue el puesto y pasa a ser una más en el plantel de profesoras de la academia. 而另一方面，他们共同的好友巴尼（尼尔·帕特里克·哈里斯 Neil Patrick Harris 饰）和罗宾（寇碧·史莫德斯 Cobie Smulders饰），在经过了一年的情感挣扎与斗争，他们终于搞在一起了。莉莉对此感到相当开心，但是巴尼、罗宾二人却难以定位彼此之间的关系。在三个好友的帮助下，他们能不能确定男女朋友关系？
城南市的击剑馆内，首富荣义翔（王奎荣饰）的公子荣维志（李竹饰）被一伙丧心病狂的黑社会份子暴打。维志受伤脱逃，巧遇俞雪儿（冯春哲饰）搭救。而俞雪儿父亲苦心经营多年的产品“金兰”系列在亚洲博览会上荣获金奖，满心欢喜的俞敏之（奚美娟饰）正是在这时候让女儿俞雪儿去机场迎接捧奖归来的父亲，不幸的是其父突遭车祸去世，企业面临破产的边缘。为争夺“金兰”品牌荣义翔指示其远房兄弟荣义飚准备强行霸占华韵。与此同时，瑞丰公司华诗远（马光泽饰）也产生了与华韵合作的意向。于是三家公司开始了残酷的争夺战。荣义飚让维志深夜潜入华韵化验室盗取绝密资料，黑暗中他将雪儿打昏。
楚军将士们浴血奋战之后好不容易来到了淮水岸边，虽然是身处绝境，但依旧能够畅快几分。
