《龙门镖局》以一起劫镖事件开始，镖局少奶奶盛秋月濒临破产，爱占便宜的平安票号少东家陆三金收购镖局之后，才发现这是个烂摊子，想撤退时已经骑虎难下。随后，不会武功的镖师白敬祺、一心嫁入豪门的名医邱璎珞、武功盖世的官二代吕青橙、爱财如命的厨子蔡八斗、前女友遍天下的老镖头恭叔加入战团，冲突不断。
