故事梗概：
山寨《三国大传》剧组来到某三国景区拍摄，饰演貂蝉的颜欣儿与董制片关系特殊，介绍自己前男友郭子嘉饰演张飞；介绍自己闺蜜肖晨晨饰演小乔。景区赞助资金到帐后，剧组人马在一夜间消失，只剩下还在睡梦里饰演张飞和小乔的这两个演员。由于剧组还拖欠景区小青客栈二十多万的食宿费用，同时景区负责人曹总认为这是在给景区抹黑，紧急决定严密封锁消息，并积极寻找另外投资方复拍三国。为假戏真做，曹总规定他们两个演员一直要穿上戏装，并要求大家一律按角色名字称呼他们，一场啼笑皆非的空城计上演了。
唐朝代宗广德元年（763年），华佗的后人小大夫华星为救父亲华德之命，前往长安找父亲的故交伊太医索要救命中药。来到风凌镇，遭遇护送名斧“八卦宣花斧”前往京城送交皇帝的“刺客联盟”章楠一行和逃婚的伊莉，一同卷入绿林帮抢夺宝斧的风波:据说拥有宝斧，就能拥有权力和魔力，一统天下。与此同时，小镇出现了疑似瘟疫传染病，致使古镇沦陷，很多人成为疫毒者。华星寻找病因源头的同时，和伊莉、邵白、李梦蝶等人组成了团队，经历了各种生死离别以及搞笑逗乐的事件。简单概括为：小大夫和他的小伙伴们“英雄侠胆”打丧尸，“悬壶济世”救世人。
随后加盟的是Chin Ho Kelly（Daniel Dae Kim扮演）。他以前在檀香山（夏威夷首府）警察局当警探，因为错误的腐败指控被贬到联邦安全巡逻队当巡防员。他曾经是McGarrett父亲的门徒。
讲述平凡少女宋安乔被嫌弃自己的母亲卖入豪门抵债，而与楚家大少爷楚非远先婚后爱的故事。宋安乔主动提出离婚，却把楚非远激怒，离婚失败的二人便开始了啼笑皆非的豪门婚后生活。
