故事延续《终极一班2》结尾中，被改变的金时空未来接续开始。由于金时空的未来已被雷婷和中万钧改变，因此在本剧中，战力指数和K也回归。呼延觉罗·修告诉汪大东灸舞盟主新下的指令，要汪大东调查金时空最近战力指数异常飙高的现象，所有线索都指向芭乐高中，所以盟主传汪大东回去调查的原因，虽然汪大东已经28岁了而且也不想回芭乐高中，但是汪大东高中并没有毕业，也没有反对盟主的权利，所以只好回芭乐高中继续就学。新的故事也要展开了……
